I enjoyed the fact that we were at home, it made my wife more comfortable to be able to use our own bathroom and have snacks on hand etc. It also allowed us to must ourselves during the discussion and make comments to each other privately when an issues or decision that we wanted to discuss came up.

Erin is amazing at her job, she made the class easy to listen and follow. Her energy brought the class to life, as it was filled with tons of information. It says a lot that it held my husbands full attention throughout ! Great class , great instructor!

Julia was wonderful. Her voice is both lively and soothing to listen to. She’s also really hilarious. I loved the added bits of humour. She gave many opportunities to ask questions throughout the course. If she isn’t sure about something, she accesses her own resources/network and gets back to you with an answer. As COVID protocols are constantly changing within the healthcare domain (hospitals, birth centres, home births), I thought she was very knowledgeable about the current situation within each place. She was very knowledgeable about the birth process and the postpartum period for the family unit. There were many resources that we could access to facilitate some of the topics within the class that could need more attention either in the prenatal period or postpartum period (I.e infant feeding) which was great!

Erin is AMAZING! She is warm, supportive and beyond knowledgeable. She is always available to answer questions. The way she presents information is truly superior. I’m sad that our course is over and we won’t see her on a regular basis. Erin truly made the experience. My husband and I are so happy we took this course and had her as our instructor. Julia did an amazing job delivering each and every class. She made sure to answer any questions we had and explained each concept thoroughly. I would definitely take another one of Julia’s classes and would recommended OCEA classes to any future parent.

Lilly was incredible, she shared the information that can appear as quite daunting in such a calm, humble matter. At no point did she make my husband and I feel overhwlemed by the information abd when information felt overhwhelming, she ensured to make the time to calm all of our worries and answer all our questions

I've taken other online pre-natal classes and this is the first that felt really comprehensive, unbiased and supportive. In my partner and I have enjoyed the hands on techniques, the balance between practical and academic and getting to know other couples expecting their first child. Lilly was non-judgmental and very well informed, she shared her knowledge eloquently.

The course was incredibly informative, and I’ll absolutely recommend it to others as a valuable experience. I would, however, mention that there aren’t take-home materials or reference books provided, so it’s helpful to be prepared to take thorough notes during the sessions to make sure all the great information isn’t forgotten.

I liked the structure, and being muted at home meant my partner and I could talk about the information as we were learning it.

Yes - Couldn't recommend these classes more. After taking the Pre Natal and Bringing Home Baby Classes, myself and I my partner both feel more prepared for the unexpected and to welcome our baby home. We now have many tools and resources specific to our area to help us through the process.

Julia was very informative and engaging. She kept the topics interesting through the online format.
