The Children's Welcome Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization offering programming and
childcare in the Blackburn Hamlet area. It is located at 2514 Innes road in blackburn Hamlet. They provide Short-term hourly childcare Playgroups Parent/child programming among other services. (613) 834-7075
